Steamed Octopus with Tempeh

Wash the octopus and cut into appropriate size segments. Marinate for 10 minutes with salt, cooking wine, green onion, ginger and pepper.

Heat the pot into the oil, heat up, add the tempeh and the chopped green onion, turn off the heat

Pour on the octopus and steam for 5-8 minutes. Serve

Sprinkle with chopped green onion and millet, sprinkle with hot oil and serve

Don't worry about the steaming time of hairtail fish according to the size of the fish
