Steamed Osmanthus Fish

Kill the osmanthus fish you bought, wash and drain.

Put the sliced ginger on the fish head, fish maw, and fish back, and steam in a pot on cold water for about 15 minutes.

Take out the fish and pour out the water in the steamed fish.

Place green onions.
