Steamed Partial Fish

Clean the internal organs of the partial mouth fish, as shown in the figure, cut on both sides.

Cut a scallion white and green onion leaves into shreds, and cut dried chilies into shreds. Another slice, slice ginger.

Sprinkle a small spoonful of salt on both sides of the fish to spread evenly. Put green onion and ginger, a small spoonful of chicken essence, and two spoons of cooking wine in a larger container and marinate for 15 minutes. Turn the bottom in the middle.

Spread green onion and ginger slices on the plate and put the marinated fish on it.

Boil the water in the steamer in advance, put the fish after the water is boiled, and steam for ten minutes on high heat.

Before the fish is steamed, start the pot and burn the oil. You can put some green onion ginger in the oil and fry some green onion oil.

Spread the steamed fish with scallion white shreds and dried chili shreds, and drizzle with a spoonful of steamed fish soy sauce.

Finally, top with scallion oil that burns slightly, and sprinkle with shredded scallion leaves.
