Steamed Pork

1. Prepare ingredients pork belly and potatoes.

2. One bag of five-spice steamed meat powder is available in supermarkets.

3. Wash the pork belly and cut into large slices, set aside ginger and green onions.

4. Put 1 spoon of cooking wine and 1 spoon of sugar in pork belly.

5. Tear the five-spice steamed meat powder, pour into the meat, add ginger slices and stir evenly. (Leave both seasonings in the bag-a little bit).

6. Add green onion knots and pickle for 1 to 2 hours.

7. Wash potatoes, peel and cut into small pieces, soak them in clear water-to remove the starch.

9. Put the marinated pork belly on the bottom.
