Steamed Pork

Prepare ingredients pork belly and potatoes.

One bag of five-spice steamed meat powder is available in supermarkets.
3.
Wash the pork belly and cut into large slices, set aside ginger and green onions.

Put 1 spoon of cooking wine and 1 spoon of sugar in pork belly.

Tear the five-spice steamed meat powder, pour into the meat, add ginger slices and stir evenly. (Leave both seasonings in the bag-a little bit).

Add green onion knots and pickle for 1 to 2 hours.

Wash potatoes, peel and cut into small pieces, soak them in clear water-to remove the starch.

Drain the potatoes, add the remaining steamed meat powder seasoning, add a little salt and stir well.

Put the marinated pork belly on the bottom.

Put it in the steamer, I put it in the rice cooker, put more water under it to prevent it from drying out. Steam it for 1 hour and 20 minutes.

Put it out of the pan and serve it on the plate.
Tips:
Do not add salt to the meat. For the actual situation, please refer to the instructions on the seasoning bag.
