Steamed Pork Ribs

Add the short ribs with cooking wine, dark soy sauce, oyster sauce, fermented bean curd juice, salt, sugar, ginger, garlic and marinate for 20 minutes

Marinate and pour in steamed pork rice noodles and mix well

Put boiling water into the pot and steam for 30 minutes
