Steamed Pork with Glutinous Rice Fermented Bean Curd

Wash the pork and cut into 1cm thick slices.

The cut pork is mixed with fermented bean curd and fermented bean curd juice, and marinated overnight.

Wash the glutinous rice and soak for 1 hour.

Wash the sweet potatoes, peel them, and cut into thick slices for later use.

The sweet potato chips are placed on the plate.
6.
Drain the glutinous rice; coat the marinated pork evenly with glutinous rice.

Place the pork covered with glutinous rice evenly on top of the sweet potatoes.

Bring water to boil in a pot, add glutinous rice and pork; bring to a boil on high heat, and steam on medium heat for 1 hour.
Tips:
1. Glutinous rice is sticky and difficult to digest. It should be eaten in moderation. Children are best not to eat it.
2. People with gastritis, duodenitis, and digestive tract inflammation should eat less glutinous rice.
3. Diabetics cannot eat sweet potatoes.
4. People with gastric ulcer, gastritis and hyperacidity should not eat sweet potatoes.
5. It is not advisable to drink large amounts of tea when eating pork, which is easy to cause constipation.
