Joyoung electric pressure cooker, I have been using it these days.

It feels really convenient. Cooking soup and porridge saves time and effort. It is definitely a gospel for lazy people.

Today I want to make steamed pork with rice noodles, but suddenly I wonder how to do it with an electric pressure cooker?

I thought I would give it a try. I cooked rice noodles with steamed pork in an electric pressure cooker at noon, but the effect was surprisingly good.

The steamed meat is fragrant and crispy, and it almost melts in your mouth.

I think using an electric pressure cooker to cook this dish saves time compared to a normal steamer, and the steamed meat tastes very good. It is more suitable for lazy people or kitchen novices.

Because as long as you mix the meat, put it in the electric pressure cooker, and select the desired button, you can do other things without worrying about the size of the heat, the length of time, whether the water will dry, and time. As soon as the fragrant and crispy rice noodle meat arrives, it can tempt your taste buds and make you feast on it."

Tips:

Streaky pork is best to use fine pork belly, which is fat and thin, and has a non-greasy texture.

My steamed rice noodles stated above that there is no seasoning, but I still marinated the meat with Lee Kum Kee’s secret braised sauce. It tasted better and the saltiness was just right.

If there is no electric pressure cooker, ordinary pressure cookers can also be used for 20 minutes.
