Steamed Pork with Rice Noodles in Electric Pressure Cooker

Prepare all the ingredients.

Wash pork belly and cut into small pieces.
3.
Put ginger slices in a bowl.

Add Lee Kum Kee's secret braised sauce.

Grab and mix evenly and marinate for 20 minutes.

Cut the potatoes into thick slices and soak in light salt water.
7.
The marinated meat is covered with steamed rice noodles.

The potatoes are spread on the bottom of the bowl.

Spread the meat chunks covered with rice noodles on top of the potato chips.

Add the right amount of water to the inner pot of the electric pressure cooker and put the meat bowl on it.

Put the lid on and choose Nutritional Stew-Spare Ribs.

After the beep prompt, you can open the lid and eat.
Tips:
Streaky pork is best to use fine pork belly, which is fat and thin, and has a non-greasy texture.
My steamed rice noodles stated above that there is no seasoning, but I still marinated the meat with Lee Kum Kee’s secret braised sauce. It tasted better and the saltiness was just right.
If there is no electric pressure cooker, ordinary pressure cookers can also be used for 20 minutes.
