Steamed Prawns & Quick Peeling Method

Pippi shrimps are cleaned and set aside.

Pour clean water into the pot and bring it to a boil, then put the Pippi shrimp on the steaming grid.

Steam on high heat for 5-7 minutes until the shrimp turns red.

When steaming the shrimp, chop the garlic and ginger into puree separately.

Put a little sugar, vinegar, and soy sauce in a small bowl, mix well and add the chopped ginger and garlic to make the sauce.

The steamed prawns are peeled and eaten with the sauce, which is extremely delicious.

Twist off the two outermost feet of the tail, and then pinch the tail to gently fold it up, and then twist it off.

Use a chopstick to stick the shrimp shell from the tail to near the head.

Fold open the shell with your left hand, press the chopsticks with your right hand, and apply force in opposite directions with both hands at the same time.
