Steamed Purslane

Wash the purslane in an appropriate amount.

Cut two finger segments.
3.
Mix an appropriate amount of peanut oil.
4.
Mix 3 flat spoons of flour evenly.
5.
Mix until each leaf is evenly covered with flour.

Put it on a drawer and steam for four or five minutes.

Steamed purslane.
8.
Pour it into a container and stir evenly with an appropriate amount of salt.

Pounded garlic, light soy sauce, sesame oil. (The purslane itself has a slight sour taste, so you don't need to put vinegar).
