Steamed River Crab

1. Clean river crabs.

2. Boil the water. After the water boils, add the crabs and pour some white wine. Steam for 6-8 minutes.

3. Mince ginger or puree it with a food processor. Add crab vinegar and ginger to a small bowl and eat river crabs.
