Tips:
1. River crab: Also called "crab" or "hairy crab", it is a crustacean of the Arthropod phylum. Its head and breast carapace is square and hard. The front of the body has a pair of eyes and two pairs of sharp crab teeth on the side. The pair of appendages at the foremost part of the crab are called chelipops, and the surface is covered with hairs; behind the chelipods, there are 4 pairs of walking feet, which are flat and long on the side. Crabs are salty in taste, cold in nature, and have minor toxicity. They have the effects of dispersing blood, renewing muscles and bones, and detoxification. Crab claws can induce birth;
2. The underside of the male river crab's abdomen is shaped like a golden bell, while the female river crab's abdomen is a semicircle. Unfortunately, I forgot to take pictures of the male river crab's wife;
3. The cleaning process of crabs is more troublesome. I use a brush to clean them. Although I don't dare to do it when I am alive, I do not do it when I die, otherwise it will easily damage the crab's feet;
4. It is said that crabs are cold. Women usually have a cold foundation. When eating crabs, it is best to have a glass of rice wine, or else add more ginger to relieve the cold.
