4.
Mix minced ginger and vinegar into a bowl of juice;
5.
After cooking, take out the plate and eat the crabs.
Tips:
1. You must buy live crabs, and try not to eat leftover crabs for more than three days;
2. Crabs must be placed with their shells facing down to avoid the loss of crab juice and affect the taste;
3. Don't cut the rope of the crab, so as not to steam when it is in the pot;
4. After the crabs are steamed, eat them with ginger vinegar sauce. The crabs are cold in nature. The ginger vinegar sauce has the effect of dispelling cold and sterilizing.
5. After eating crabs, the fishy smell on your hands cannot be washed off with water. You can wipe your hands with white wine or ginger to get rid of the fishy smell.
