Steamed Scallops with Garlic

Clean the straps and remember to brush the outer shells

Chop the garlic, the more chopped the better (very tasty)

Put the chopped garlic, salt, and peanut oil into a bowl and stir

Put the sauce in the strap

Add some chopped green onion, ready to put it in the pot and steam for 15-20 minutes and you can eat it

Tips:
There are a lot of scallops this season and they are very cheap. I think the taste is not worse than that of scallops.
