Remove the scales, gills and viscera of the fish

Shred and slice ginger, shred green onion, cut parsley, and shred red pepper

Soak up the water and put a little salt on the body of the fish. Put shredded green onion and ginger on the belly and body of the fish. Use the green onion to press the belly of the fish tightly.

Boil water on high fire and steam on low fire for 10 minutes

After the fish is steamed, drain the steamed fish and put the coriander and green onions on the fish

Put corn oil in the pot and heat it until it smokes, then pour it on the fish, then drizzle with Lee Kum Kee steamed fish soy sauce, and sprinkle with shredded red pepper.
