Steamed Sea Fresh

Ingredients: 1 large yellow croaker 550g, 1 green onion, 1g coriander, a few slices of red pepper, 55ml steamed fish soy sauce, 15ml cooking wine, 30g edible oil, 10g salt.

Remove the gills, scales, and internal organs of yellow croaker, and rinse it. I let the supermarket tidy it up, and then come back and trim it a bit.

Use absorbent paper to absorb surface moisture.

You can cut the fish with a flower knife or a parallel knife. The cross knife is convenient for steaming the fish and soy sauce to evenly cover the fish.

Sprinkle the fish with cooking wine, add a little salt and marinate for 15 minutes, slice the green onion and ginger.

Sprinkle shredded green onion and ginger in the body and belly of the fish and put it in the steamer.

Boiling and steaming for about 10 minutes, about 500 grams for about 10 minutes, and about 1000 grams for about 15 minutes.

Remove the steamed green onion and ginger from the steamed fish, decanter to remove the juice.

Separately cut the green onion and coriander into thin strips, and cut the red pepper into small circles.

Shallots, shredded coriander, and red pepper circled on the fish.

Prepare Lee Kum Kee steamed fish soy sauce, I usually pour it in a small spoon and then evenly pour it on the fish.

Preheat the pot and add cooking oil to heat.
