Steamed Shrimp

Wash the pipi prawns with clean water and soak in salt water for 20 minutes.

Put water in the pot, put the Pippi shrimp evenly on the tray, and start steaming on medium heat.

Prepare garlic and ginger mince.

Add light soy sauce, rice vinegar, and cooking wine to the minced ginger and garlic, mix well and set aside.

Steam for 6 minutes after boiling the water.

Turn off the heat after 6 minutes and serve.

You can eat it with the sauce.
Tips:
Almost all the pipi prawns in May are yellowish, so it is delicious when dipped in ginger and garlic sauce.
