Steamed Small Yellow Croaker with Chinese Sausage

Wash the small yellow croaker.

Cut the scallion and ginger sausage for later use. Steam the fish and add a few slices of sausage to enhance the flavor.

Scratch the back of the fish with a bit of cooking wine, stuff the chopped green onion and ginger into the belly of the fish, leave a little green onion after steaming, sprinkle some green onions, and put the sausage on the back of the fish.

Open the pot to high heat and steam for 10 minutes.
