Steamed Soft Tofu

Blanch the broccoli in water and set aside. Soak the fungus in advance and wash it. I use the red shrimp picking line and wash it off. You can add any ingredients you like at home.

The tender tofu slices are placed on a plate and steamed for 5-8 minutes. Because it is for children, steam for a few more minutes, not more than ten minutes.

Put the oil in the wok and stir-fry the chopped green onion to create a fragrance. Add the broccoli and shrimp and stir fry, then add the fungus and stir fry for a while, the starch thickens, and the tofu is poured out of the pan... The delicious steamed soft tofu is ready.
