Steamed Spicy Wuchang Fish🐠

Go to the market to buy a Wuchang fish and let the vendors kill it. Go home to clean the code smell. I use salt and cooking wine

Prepare two green peppers, one scallion white, and one ginger washed and set aside

Make a knife on the fish for easy taste. The ingredients are cut well.
