Steamed Sydney with Rock Sugar and Red Dates

1. Ingredients for making steamed Sydney pears.

2. Soak the wolfberry in clean water for a while and wash it off.

3. Wash the red dates and cut into small pieces for later use.

4. The snow pear is left 1~2 cm from the position of the pear handle.

5. Cut a piece from 1 to 2 cm.

6. Remove the bottom part of the pear core (use a small spoon or the tip of a knife to remove it)

7. Put 2~3 rock sugar in the cut part of the pear.

8. Put in a few pieces of jujube.

9. Add a few more goji berries.

10. Then cover the pear part on top.

11. Follow the steps above to make the remaining two pears.

12. Put the pears on the plate, add some boiling water to the pot, and steam for half an hour.
