Steamed Tofu with Shrimp

For the prawns, I used the leftover prawns braised in oil at noon. You can also use fresh shrimp instead. The fresh shrimp is marinated in cooking wine, light soy sauce, and salt for 10-15 minutes in advance.

Carrot slices, jade bean curd into sections, ginger shreds, shrimp peeled.

The bottom layer is 8 slices of carrots, the second is the tofu segment, then the shrimps, and finally a slice of carrots are sprinkled with shredded ginger. Finally, top with cooking wine soy sauce and sesame oil.

Put it in a bear heating lunch box and heat it for 20-25 minutes. If it is fresh shrimp, it is recommended to boil it for 25-30 minutes.
Tips:
You can also mix light soy sauce, cooking wine, sesame oil, water, and starch into the juice in advance and evenly pour it on the well-designed ingredients.
