Steamed Turbot

Clean up the fish and use scissors to scratch off the mucus on the surface. Be sure to scrape it until it becomes astringent. Cut it horizontally and salt it for ten minutes.

Green onion and ginger as shown

Sprinkle onion and ginger on top and steam for 12 minutes

Mix fish, soy sauce, sugar, cooking wine, water in a large spoon, heat, pour into a bowl and let cool

After steaming for 12 minutes, take it out with a clamp and pour out the water inside

Put the green onion and ginger in a large spoon and heat the oil, pour the fish and soy sauce mixture into the fish, pour the hot oil on the fish and sprinkle with the chopped pepper sauce
