Steamed Turbot

The turbot is slaughtered and washed and marinated with salt and cooking wine for 2 minutes.

Chop the chopped green onion, minced garlic, and ginger.
3.
Sprinkle it on the Turbot, then drizzle with soy sauce and oil.
4.
Steam in a pot on the water for 15 minutes.
