Steamed Water Chestnuts with Chinese Wolfberry and Rock Sugar

Wash the water chestnuts, peel off the skin, rinse, and soak in light salt water for a few minutes.

The soaked water chestnuts are put into a bowl to control the moisture, and the crushed rock sugar and wolfberry are added in turn.

Put it in a steamer, bring to a boil over high heat and steam on medium heat for 15 minutes.

Take out the steamed water chestnuts and let cool slightly.

Just top with sweet osmanthus before serving.
