Steamed White Fish

The boss slaughtered the fresh white fish I bought.

I went home and rinsed off, bought two, and made one with fewer people.

Clean and set aside.

Put green onion, ginger, cooking wine, salt on the fish, put lemon slices on top, and marinate for 10 minutes.

Add cold water to the pot, boil and steam for 10 minutes and turn off the heat.
6.
Do not put any other seasonings on the steamed fish, take the lemon slices off, sprinkle with coriander and red pepper to garnish.
7.
This fish is too delicious.
