Steamed Whole Wheat Buns
1.
Let's take a group photo of the materials first
2.
Pour the whole wheat bread flour into the basin
3.
Find a larger bowl, I add warm water, yeast, bread improver, white wine, white vinegar (I don’t have white vinegar in my house, I use rice vinegar), and white sugar. Mix them together and mix well.
4.
Let’s start mixing noodles, add water little by little to prevent too much water and bad
5.
Whole wheat flour is not as good as our ordinary flour, so it takes a little longer. As usual, it’s the same as before. It’s light and hand light, Sanguang, haha
6.
I want to make it go faster, first boil the steamer water instead of boiling, put the mixed noodles in and wait for the fermentation
7.
Just double the dough
8.
Knead the noodles again, make the steamed buns, put them in the pot for the second fermentation, and the second fermentation for 30 minutes (I put some raisins on the steamed buns)
9.
After the second fermentation is complete, let’s steam for 20 minutes, and then stuffy for 5 minutes. Remember that after the steaming is done, don't rush to open the lid. Be sure to get bored for a while. The hot whole-wheat buns will be out of the pot. They are really delicious, and they are really whole-wheat.
Tips:
Because I put less sugar, I don’t have to worry about my husband’s blood sugar.
