Whole Wheat Bread
1.
Prepare all materials
2.
Put all the ingredients except butter into the bread bucket. Put the liquid first and then the solid. After the bread flour is put in, dig a hole in the middle to put the yeast powder. (I used a little warm water to melt the yeast powder to see how it is different from dry yeast powder. You can omit this step. It turns out that the fermentation effect is not significantly different)
3.
10 minutes after starting the kneading program, put in butter that has softened at room temperature and continue kneading for 15 minutes. You can cut the butter into smaller pieces and stir.
4.
After adding the butter and mixing, take out the dough, it will probably form a film like this. Because it is whole-wheat flour, it is difficult to pull out the glove membrane, and it tastes delicious.
5.
Put the dough in the bread machine for the first fermentation, about an hour or so.
6.
After one hour, the dough has risen to twice its size. (The fermentation time at room temperature will be slightly longer, in short, it will be ok when the fermentation is twice as large)
7.
Vent out the dough and divide it into four evenly. (Because it will be rolled out in a while, the dough has not been processed, it is a bit ugly, bear with me, all of them...)
8.
Use a rolling pin to roll it into this olive shape. It is recommended to roll it once, then fold it, and roll it again, so that the dough gas can be fully discharged and the bread made is softer.
9.
After rolling it out, fold it a little bit twice, and form this oval shape.
10.
Put the bread in the oven for secondary fermentation, and put a cup of hot water underneath. (If the space of the baking pan is large enough, you can also put hot water on the baking pan)
11.
The second serving is about fifty minutes, and the bread is fermented to double its previous size. Take out the baking tray, sift the flour evenly, and use a knife to make a shape you like.
12.
Put it in the oven and heat up and down at 180 degrees for 15 minutes. Wait for the result...
13.
Freshly baked whole wheat bread, delicious and healthy...
Tips:
You don’t need a bread machine, and the noodles made with your hands will be very sticky at first. You need to stick to it. You will find that it is much easier to knead when the hands are not very sticky. After kneading until the film appears, continue with the above steps. .
