Steamed Wuchang Fish

Please take care of the fresh Wuchang fish, clean it and drain, wash and cut the green onion, ginger and parsley.

Sprinkle the scallion and ginger evenly on the belly and both sides of the fish, pour the steamed fish soy sauce and cooking wine, evenly sprinkle with sugar and salt, and drizzle with a little corn oil, and marinate for 20 minutes.

Boil a pot of boiling water, put it in a fish dish and steam for 10 minutes, then turn off the heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
