Steamed Wuchang Fish

A fresh slaughtered Wuchang fish, wash and set aside

Scratch three knives on each side of the fish body, then put some salt on each side, and put some salt in the belly of the fish

Spread a layer of sliced ginger and green onion on the bottom of the plate

Put the fish, add green onion and ginger, pour in cooking wine and marinate for 20 minutes

Make water in the pot, add the marinated fish after the water boils, steam for 8 minutes on high heat, turn off the heat and steam again for 5 minutes
