Steamed Wuchang Fish with Yam

Wuchang fish is cleaned. It must be fresh and steamed to make it delicious. The one I bought today is a bit too big. In fact, 500-600 grams is the best one. The 750 grams I bought today can’t be steamed whole.

After cutting into sections, add salt, ginger, pepper, and rice wine to marinate for 5 minutes.

Sprinkle some grated ginger

Steam for 10 minutes on high heat. After steaming, do not open and simmer for 3 minutes

Take out the steamed fish. Sprinkle with chopped chives and serve
Tips:
If you like the taste of steamed fish soy sauce, you can use steamed fish soy sauce to adjust the saltiness. My mother-in-law doesn't like the taste of steamed fish soy sauce, so I use salt.
2. The amount of ginger I used this time is relatively large, one is to remove fishy, mainly to enhance the elderly.
