Steamed Yangcheng Lake Hairy Crabs

Put cold water in the pot, add three or four slices of ginger and a little rice wine to the cold water.

Use a brush to clean the surface of the crab, place it on the middle of the steamer, and cook for 20 minutes on medium heat.

Tips:
Crab cannot be eaten with tea and persimmon. The tannic acid in tea and persimmon is easy to form lumps with the protein in crab, causing abdominal pain and vomiting.
