Steamed Yellow Wings

The yellow fin fish is cleaned, and the body is pulled twice, and the cooking wine is wiped.

Spread the ginger slices all over the plate, and stuff 2 slices in the belly of the yellow-fin fish.

Put the yellow fin fish on a plate, spread ginger and green onions on the top, boil the water in the steamer, put it in, and steam for about 6-8 minutes (depending on the size of the fish)

Drain the water in the steamed fish. Pour in steamed fish soy sauce.

Heat the cooking oil in the wok and pour the fish on it while it is hot.
