5 Minutes Fast Fish

A yellow-finned fish, wash and set aside!

Add 1:2 light soy sauce and water to the pot (one part of soy sauce and two parts of water).

Boil the soy sauce and add the yellow fin fish! Cook for 5-8 minutes. The soy sauce should basically cover the fish. If the fish has not been changed, cook it for a while, turn it over and cook again!

Use chopsticks to pierce the thickest part of the fish, and easily pierce it through, indicating that the fish is cooked! Sprinkle with chopped green onion and pour soy sauce on the plate!

It can be served with porridge and dry rice! Simple and easy to do!
