Steamed Yellow Fin Fish

When you buy the yellowfin fish, let the boss clean it up. After washing it, drain it, and make a few cuts on the back of the fish on both sides. Shred ginger, shred green onion and set aside.

Put the fish on the plate, spread some shredded ginger on the bottom of the plate and on the surface of the fish, then sprinkle some salt and marinate for 10 minutes

Boil water in the pot first, add the fish after the water is boiled, and steam for ten minutes. Pour in a proper amount of steamed fish soy sauce.

In a separate pot, sprinkle some green onions on a low heat and sauté until fragrant.

Scallion oil on the fish

Sprinkle in shredded green onions, out of the pot~
Tips:
1. Do not steam the fish for too long to prevent the meat from getting old.
2. Fresh fish is more delicious for steamed fish.
