Stewed Beef

Cut the beef shank into pieces and marinate it with salt for 4 hours (about 200g of salt for 5 catties of meat).

Rinse with water.

Put it in the pot and boil it out.

Drain the water and wash it again after it is completely cool.

Chop the ginger and garlic and set aside.

Put the beef in a pressure cooker, add ginger and garlic, add brown sugar, dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, spice bag, beer and pepper, cover the pot, boil SAIC on high heat and let it sound for 15 minutes, turn off the heat and simmer for an hour.

After being out of the pan, cut into slices and ready to eat (put it in the refrigerator overnight for better taste).
Tips:
If you like to have a chewy sound for 10 minutes, the beef soup is very good. There are ready-made seasoning packets in the market, which can be directly used for marinating.
