Stewed Beef Stick Bone with Winter Melon and Bamboo Sun

The amount of beef leg bones.

Put cold water into the pot and boil.

Cook for another 4 to 5 minutes, remove the warm water and wash off the foam.

Add enough water to the pot at one time, put the green onion and ginger into the pot under warm water, and simmer for an hour on medium and low heat.
