Stewed Big Bones with Dried Cuttlefish

Braised big bones.

Wash the dried seafood.
3.
Soak the washed dried seafood in water for 30 minutes.
4.
Put big bones and ginger slices in the pot
5.
Add the soaked dried seafood.
6.
Add appropriate amount of water to a boil over high heat, and simmer on low heat until 40 minutes.
7.
Just add some salt to taste when it comes out of the pan.
