Stewed Bird's Nest with Hashima and Snow Fungus

Soak the bird's nest, snow clams, and white fungus with warm water

Remove the bird’s nest with tweezers and tear it into strips; rinse the snow clams, scrape off the black impurities, and cut into small pieces; tear the white fungus into petals

Put the bird's nest, snow clams, and white fungus into the stewing pot, add boiling water to a bowl, cover the stewing pot, and stew in water

When the water in the pot is boiled, simmer on high heat for 30 minutes, then simmer on medium heat for 1 hour, add rock sugar and simmer on low heat for 30 minutes.

Stew and take out, take it after warming
