Stewed Cabbage

Chop the cabbage finely and wash.

Soak the daylily, shiitake mushrooms, and pork skin in hot water. Cut the daylily in half, slice the shiitake mushrooms, and cut the pork skin into small pieces, set aside.

Wash the vermicelli and soak in hot water to soften.
