Stewed Chicken with Cordyceps Flower Maw

Soak the flower maw in cold water one night in advance

Put the flower maw, ginger, and Huadiao wine into the pot, add an appropriate amount of water, and continue to boil on medium heat for 15 minutes after the water is boiled

Take out the flower glue and cut into sections

Put the chicken nuggets soaked in the wash and huadiao into the stewing pot

Pour the flower maw, ginger, and jujube

After washing the Cordyceps flower with water, soak it for a while
