Stewed Fatty Intestines

Wash both sides of fresh fatty intestines with water

Sort the washed fat intestines, boil the fat intestine head and the middle section of the fat intestines in salted water, and then wash them in clean water (you don’t need to use other stuff to wash the fat intestines)

Cut the processed fat intestine with an oblique knife

Put the water in the clay pot at one time, put the cut fat intestines into the clay pot, pat the ginger and put it into the clay pot. Turn on the high heat, and keep beating the froth on the top until the soup is clear.

When the fat intestines are half-ripe, add the washed mung beans and cut winter melon until the fat intestines are soft.
