Stewed Flower Maw with Rock Sugar and Red Dates

Prepare a stew pot and required ingredients.

Peel the red dates, peel and slice the ginger, and set aside.
3.
Soak the flower glue and cut into pieces for later use.

Put the flower maw, red dates, and ginger into the pot, add some hot water, and simmer for about 2 and a half hours.
5.
Add rock sugar and stir well, cover and stew for another half an hour before serving.
Tips:
The amount of Huajiao An is my personal preference, the red dates should be removed to prevent dryness and heat, and the personal taste of Bingtang An should be added or subtracted. Bingtang himself likes to use Taikoo brand, I feel that the sweetness will not be too greasy!
