Stewed Oxtail with Tomato

Wash the oxtail to remove excess oil.

Put cold water in the pot and put in the oxtail.

After the water in the pot is boiled, remove the oxtail and wash away impurities with clean water.

Boil water in the pot, add oxtail, add green onion, ginger, pepper, and cook until the beef is cooked. (Just cooked, no need to stew)

Take two tomatoes and blanch them with boiling water to remove the skin.

Use a food processor to puree the two tomatoes.

Chop the onion into pieces.

Put oil in the pot, add the onion and stir fry until it tastes good.

Pour in tomato juice and stir fry until boiling.

Add cooked oxtail.

Add an appropriate amount of boiled oxtail broth. (If you like more soup, you can add more soup)

Bring the soup to a boil over high heat and reduce the heat to a slow simmer.

Cut the remaining two tomatoes into cubes when braising the oxtail.

Add appropriate amount of salt after the beef is simmered.
15.
Add the tomato cubes and continue to simmer for 5 minutes.
16.
Add the chopped parsley, and remove the parsley from the pan.
