Stewed Pears with Rock Sugar
1.
Wash the pears. Cut it from the side (make the lid, no need to cut it thick), and remove the pear core.
2.
Add rock sugar.
3.
Cover the cut part and secure it with a toothpick. Pour an appropriate amount of water into the bowl, and put the pre-soaked lilies into the bowl.
4.
I sealed the bowl with plastic wrap to avoid getting too much water in. (I forgot to take a photo before steaming, this was taken after steaming).
5.
After the water boils, steam for more than 30 minutes. Turn off the heat for 5 minutes.
6.
This is steamed, it looks pretty good.
7.
A pear is a bit too much to eat at a meal, this is half, and everything will be broken when lightly with a spoon.
8.
Pears and lilies are relatively cold, you can add a few medlars when putting rock candy.
