Stewed Pork Ribs

Wash the pork ribs with water, put them in a pot and stew with water

In about 10 minutes, remove the froth, add green onion ginger, pepper aniseed, and rock sugar. Simmer for 30-50 minutes.

Change to low heat and simmer for 10-15 minutes, and add salt to the juice.

Put it on the plate and serve with lettuce leaves, hot sauce and other dipping ingredients.
