Because of the relationship between the elderly and children at home, my family usually chooses hot pot with clear soup. Especially in winter, it is suitable for tonic. The hot pot is steaming. The family sits around and puts the favorite side dishes at will. It is a pleasure.

Tips:

1. I originally bought this black music casserole for roasting sweet potatoes, but now I find that it is also suitable for blanching hot pot.
2. The casserole needs to be equipped with an electric pottery stove, but an induction cooker is not acceptable.
3. Pork bones must be blanched in boiling water to remove blood foam.
