Pork Bone Soup Hot Pot

Wash the pork ribs and spare ribs, boil a pot of boiling water, put the pork bones in and blanch them, and remove the blood foam on them.

Remove the pork ribs and spare ribs from the pot and put them in a black casserole.

Cut the green onion into long pieces, slice the ginger, wash the cinnamon and star anise, add it to the casserole, these things can remove the fishy smell of pork.

Add appropriate amount of water to the casserole, open the lid and cook until boiling. Cover the lid and simmer for 2 hours.

In order to prevent the pot from overflowing, you can put a spoon under the casserole lid so that there is a gap between the lid and the casserole.

When boiling the soup, you can handle the side dishes, wash them and cut them. I should have eaten hot pot outside, so I won’t elaborate on this. The shiitake mushrooms are crossed with an oblique knife.

Tips:
1. I originally bought this black music casserole for roasting sweet potatoes, but now I find that it is also suitable for blanching hot pot.
2. The casserole needs to be equipped with an electric pottery stove, but an induction cooker is not acceptable.
3. Pork bones must be blanched in boiling water to remove blood foam.
