Stewed Sauerkraut

Wash the sauerkraut shreds, dry and set aside.

Slice the cooked pork belly.
3.
Heat oil, fry the chopped green onion, add the sauerkraut and stir-fry evenly.

Add appropriate amount of water to boil, season with salt, add pork belly, simmer for 5 minutes and then turn off the heat.

Place in a bowl, sprinkle a little coriander and garnish and serve.
