Stewed Sydney with Lily and Wolfberry
1.
Cut off the top of the Sydney pear, and then dig out the core part in the middle.
2.
Put the pears in a baking bowl, then add the lily, wolfberry and rock sugar to the pears.
3.
Fill 4 with water; a pear.
4.
Put the steaming rack into the pot, and then pour water to the height of the steaming rack.
5.
Place the baking bowl on the steaming rack, cover the pot, and steam for 5-8 minutes or until the Sydney pear softens.
6.
Take out the Sydney and serve!
Tips:
You don’t need to put too much rock candy, because the snow pear itself has sweetness. I use Vantage BGE820A. The induction cooker is integrated with the gas cooker. The heat is well controlled and the practicability is strong.
