Stewed Tofu with Clams

Wash clams and soak in water;

Wash the tofu and set aside;
3.
Slice the washed tofu and set aside;
4.
A small piece of ginger, crushed and set aside;
5.
Chop the shallots finely and reserve;
6.
Pour clean water into the soup pot and add ginger;
7.
Pour in clams and bring to a boil;
8.
Pour in tofu cubes and boil;
9.
Add salt and cook on low heat for 10 minutes;

Add chicken essence to try the taste, sprinkle with chopped green onion before serving.
