Stewed Tofu with Oyster Mushroom
1.
Prepare ingredients: Lee Kum Kee oyster sauce, peas, mustard, oyster mushrooms, soft tofu, ginger.
2.
Boil a pot of water and add some salt.
3.
Put the soft tofu into a boil in salted water. This is to prevent the tofu from breaking apart when you fry the tofu later.
4.
Heat the oil in the pot and stir-fry the shredded ginger. Ginger can make the taste of mushrooms fresher.
5.
After the ginger is out of aroma, add oyster mushrooms and continue to fry.
6.
Then add tofu and peas.
7.
Add mustard.
8.
Finally, add an appropriate amount of oyster sauce and stir fry according to your personal taste. After stir fry, simmer for a few minutes before serving.
9.
The tender and delicious tofu stew with oyster mushrooms is done! Really fresh off the tip of your nose! Putting it in a white plate looks like a jade plate with green beads. It is very beautiful.
Tips:
The oyster sauce itself is already very fresh. It is not recommended to add salt and seasonings such as MSG to this dish.
